What is TeeQuest.com? Top
TeeQuest.com is one part of a larger TeeQuest family of integrated solutions for the golf course industry. It brings golfers and courses together in the cyberspace.

How is TeeQuest.com different from other online reservation websites? Top
TeeQuest.com is fully integrated with the proshop system at each course, which allows us to offer the most online tee times per course. Because of this integration, all reservations happen in real time, so there's no chance of double bookings.

How much can I save with TeeQuest.com? Top
You can save between 30% and 50% off regular course rates when you book a TeeQuest Special and around 20% with a Course Special.

What are TeeQuest Specials? Top
TeeQuest Specials are discounted tee times available only to TeeQuest.com members. Besides these specials, you have access to the remaining tee times at each course.

What is the difference between Course Specials and TeeQuest Specials? Top
They are both discounted tee times, but you can save a little more by booking a TeeQuest Special.

How much does it cost to join TeeQuest? Top
Membership is absolutely free.

How much does it cost to make a reservation? Top
There are no reservation fees.

How many reservations can I make? Top
You can keep making reservations for as long as you belong to TeeQuest.com. However, to protect courses from frivolous bookings, there is a limit of 5 outstanding reservations.

How many days in advance can I book tee times? Top
You can make reservations up to 10 days in advance.

How many people can I book for? Top
You can book from 1 to 4 (in some cases 5 or 6) people.

Is my credit card charged when I book a tee time? Top
When you book a TeeQuest Special or a Course Special, your credit card is charged immediately. When you book a regular tee time, your card is not charged - it's only used as a backup in case you are a "no show".

How can I cancel a reservation? Top
You can cancel regular tee time reservations online up to 24 hours before play. You can find all your upcoming reservations in the My TeeQuest section. If it's less than 24 hours before play, you must call the course directly to cancel your reservation. (Please note that TeeQuest Specials and Course Specials cannot be canceled and are non refundable.)

What happens if I'm a "no show"? Top
If you fail to show for your scheduled tee time without properly canceling it, the course can at its discretion charge the card you submitted during the reservation process, up to the total reservation amount.

What happens when I get "rained out"? Top
When you cannot play due to inclement weather, the course will issue you a rain check. The credit you will receive will depend on how many holes you have completed.
