Sponsors The sole sponsor of this promotion is CyberQuest Corp. 2. Eligibility Open to legal residents of Kansas and Missouri who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of CyberQuest Corp, or employees of their respective affiliates, advertising, or promotion, security, cleaning, and other leased employee agencies and their immediate families or persons residing in the same household of each are not eligible. 3. Duration The giveaway consists of six (6) separate periods and their duration is as follows: The June 2008 (A) period begins on June 1st at 12:00 am CT and ends on June 15th at 11:59 pm CT. The June 2008 (B) period begins on June 16th at 12:00 am CT and ends on June 30th at 11:59 pm CT. The July 2008 (A) period begins on July 1st at 12:00 am CT and ends on July 15th at 11:59 pm CT. The July 2008 (B) period begins on July 16th at 12:00 am CT and ends on July 31st at 11:59 pm CT. The August 2008 (A) period begins on August 1st at 12:00 am and ends on August 15th at 11:59 pm CT. The August 2008 (B) period begins on August 16th at 12:00 am and ends on August 31st at 11:59 pm CT. 4. How to Enter There are two (2) ways to enter the giveaway: 1.) By making a tee time reservation on TeeQuest.com, the person making the reservation will be automatically entered into the drawing for each player booked. (Example: If you book four (4) players under your name, you will be entered into the drawing four (4) times.) Canceled players and no-shows will be subtracted from your total entries. (Example: If you book four (4) players, then cancel one (1) player, and one (1) of the remaining three (3) is a no-show, you will be entered into the drawing twice.) The tee time (not time of reservation) will determine which period your reservation falls into. (Example: A tee time for Tuesday, July 1st booked on Monday, June 30th will fall into the next period – July 2008 (A), not June 2008 (B).) 2.) By sending a postcard with your name, address, phone number, and birthday to CyberQuest Corp., PO Box 8745, Prairie Village, KS 66208. Mail entries will fall into one of the six giveaway periods based on when they will be received. All mail entries must be postmarked by end of August 31st, 2008. 5. Prizes Each giveaway period will have one (1) prize. Each prize will consist of a Nike SQ SUMO 5000 driver and will be awarded once at the end of each giveaway period. The total number of prizes will be six (6). No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. No cash substitutions for prizes. 6. Selection of Winners The June 2008 (A) winner will be drawn on Wednesday June 18th 2008. The June 2008 (B) winner will be drawn on Wednesday July 2nd 2008. The July 2008 (A) winner will be drawn on Wednesday July 16th, 2008. The July 2008 (B) winner will be drawn on Wednesday August 6th, 2008. The August 2008 (A) winner will be drawn on Wednesday August 20th, 2008. The August 2008 (B) winner will be drawn on Wednesday September 3rd, 2008. Winners will be drawn from all eligible entries by CyberQuest Corp.’s staff. Past prize winners are ineligible for the other prizes. Odds of winning are dependent upon number of eligible entries. 7. Notification Within five (5) days of each drawing the winners will be notified by email and/or phone and will have five (5) days to make arrangements to collect their prize. If all attempts to contact a winner within five (5) days fail, a new drawing will be held to determine a new winner. 8. General Conditions The Sponsors reserve the right to withdraw this giveaway offer, cancel any method of entry, void any entries submitted fraudulently, or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to the act that compromised the promotion. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsors or their agents. The Sponsors reserve the right to verify eligibility qualifications of winners and to disqualify any individual they find to be acting in violation of the Official Rules. By entering the promotion, winners agree to waive any and all claims against the Sponsors, and the affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives of each of them for personal injury or loss that may occur from the participation in this promotion or from the receipt or use of any prize.
